Smoothie Bowl med tofu

 

Do you experiment in the kitchen? I love to experiment and most often improvise when cooking food. I often mix in tofu or white beans in smoothies, pancakes etc to raise the nutrition and protein content. Always tries to eat as many colours as possible in a meal. Today I made a really good smoothie bowl with banana, tofu, blueberry, hemp seeds, coconut oil and acai. So Yummy!

Ingredients:

  • about 2 bananas (frozen or not depending on the end consistency you want)

  • about 1 cup blueberries (frozen or not depending on which end consistency you want)

  • 1 package of silk tofu

  • 1 tbsp of hemp seed (can be excluded)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp acai (can be excluded)

How to do:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender

2. Mix, stop the machine and stir, mix until completely smooth!

3. Pour the nice cream into a bowl and decorate with seeds, berries, nutbutter or chocolate. Enjoy! Save the leftovers for later or share with a friend.
