Pitaya Raspberry Banana Nice Cream
Tropical nice cream made with frozen bananas, pitaya and raspberrys. The best dessert for warm days!
around 2 frozen bananas (cut into chunks)
1/2 cup frozen raspberrys
1 tsp pitaya powder or frozen dragonfruit
1 tsp coconut oil
Add the frozen bananas, raspberrys, coconut oil and pitaya powder fruit to a powerful blender or food processor.
Process and use the temper to help push the frozen fruit into the blades. Continue until you get the creamy smooth texture you love.
If using a food processor make sure to pause and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
At this point you’ll have a soft serve ready to enjoy sprinkled with your favorite toppings. To harden it up to a thicker texture you can just pop your nice cream in the freezer for 30 minutes or so.
