Raw Vegan Raspberry & Mango Cheesecake

This delicious cheesecake is soo yummy and 100% plant based. Good for you, animals & the planet! Everyone in my family loves this cheesecake, hopefully you will too.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix the crust ingredients in a bowl

  2. Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl

  3. Add the crust to a big baking form or several small

  4. Push the crust so that it holds together in the form

  5. Add the filling to the baking form

  6. Decorate as wished, I used raspberries & coconut flakes

  7. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

Crust:

  • 2 dl pumpkin/sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp flax-seeds

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 5 dates

  • 2 dl coconut flakes

  • 1 pinch of salt

Filling:

  • 2 dl Vegan whipped cream

  • 2 dl Raspberry & mango

  • 1 date

  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
